  • All documentation & job confirmations are passed on via email.
  • We can provide a simultaneous Inventory Compilation & Check-In service should this be required; this would help to accommodate those last minute tenancies or to enable a property the longer timeframe for maintenance should this be necessary?
  • We are available to complete routine inspections – Checking properties are in order throughout the tenancy either on a 3 monthly, 4 monthly or 6 monthly basis depending on your individual requirements.
  • All Check-Out documents are emailed through by the end of our next Business day.
  • All Check-In & Inspection documents are emailed through by the end of our next 3 business days.
  • We are also happy to offer holiday cover for as & when your current Contractors including Inventory Clerks are on leave
